Hamster Spelling

A 2-player spelling game on a hamster theme.

Age: 6–11 years

Instructions:
  1. There are two ways to choose the words in this game:
    1. Select a year group and then a word set.
    2. Use the Send 'n' Spell tool (link above) to set your own words; then share with a QR code.
  2. Sit with the tablet device between you and your opponent.
  3. Read and then spell the word.
  4. Your hamster will collect an opponent's seed supply and store it in their pounches.
  5. The number of seeds matches the number of words in your set/list.
  6. The first person to collect all of their opponent's seeds wins.
