Subscriptions & Plans
We offer three subscription tiers:
- Home — for a single family or household (up to 3 simultaneous sessions).
- Class — for a single teacher or tutor with one class or tutee group (up to 35 simultaneous sessions).
- School — for whole-school use within one school (up to 500 simultaneous sessions).
Visit our pricing page to compare tiers and see current prices.
All subscriptions run for 12 months from the date of purchase. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — we will send you a reminder before your subscription expires so you can choose to renew.
Yes, the class and school accounts were created with that in mind. The username and password are downloadable from your account page. They are also sent in an email attachment when you subscribe.
Just bear in mind that the concurrent-use limit still applies, so if many pupils try to log in at the same time, some may need to wait for a session to become free.
No — a Class subscription comes with a single shared username and password, which you distribute to the pupils in your class. Everyone logs in using the same credentials. The 35-session limit means up to 35 pupils can be logged in and playing at the same time.
Similarly, a ‘School’ account gets a single username and password to be shared between up to 500 pupils.
Payments & Billing
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment, issues your receipt, and handles VAT or sales tax for your jurisdiction.
If you have a billing query — such as a charge you don’t recognise or a payment problem — you can contact Paddle directly or reach us at contact@ictgames.com.
Yes. A receipt is sent automatically by Paddle to the email address used at purchase. If you need a VAT invoice or a copy of your receipt, please contact Paddle or email us and we will assist.
Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy and applicable consumer law. Contact us at contact@ictgames.com or reach out to Paddle directly and we will deal with your request fairly and in line with your legal rights.
Consumer subscribers (e.g. Home tier) have a 14-day statutory cancellation right from the date of purchase, though accessing the Service immediately may affect this right. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Access & Login
After purchase you will be emailed your login credentials:
- Home subscribers log in with their email address and a system-generated password.
- Class and School subscribers receive a shared username and password intended to be distributed to the pupils in their class or school.
If you have not received your credentials, please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@ictgames.com.
Each tier has a maximum number of simultaneous sessions. When that limit is reached, additional login attempts will be declined until an existing session ends. This is by design and is not a fault with the Service.
If you regularly need more simultaneous sessions than your current tier allows, consider upgrading to a higher tier.
Go to the sign in screen and select ‘Forgot my password’. You will be directed to a page to enter your account email. A link for you to generate a new password will be sent to your email inbox. Passwords are designed to be Year 1 readable.
There are two ways for Class and School accounts to log in:
- If you log in using your email and password then the ‘Account’ button is visible and will take you to the Account settings page.
- If you log in using the username and password (i.e. as a pupil) you will not see the ‘Account’ button.
The Games
ictgames is designed for primary-aged children. The games cover a wide range of topics across literacy and numeracy that align with the primary school curriculum.
The games are best played on tablets, desktop PCs, and laptops. It is not recommended to play the games on mobile phones as they are smaller and more awkward to navigate.
No. The games are licensed for online play only and may not be downloaded, saved, or used offline. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Privacy & Data
No. The Service is specifically designed so that no personal data about pupils is collected. Pupils log in using shared credentials and we do not gather names, contact details, progress data, or any other personal information about the children playing the games.
We only process the account holder’s contact details (such as the purchaser’s email address) to administer the subscription.
Our full Privacy Policy is available at ictgames.com/privacy.
